Arrival at

LAB University of Applied Sciences is located in the Isku Center in Lahti, and Duuniexpo offers shuttle bus service from the Lappeenranta campus and free event buses that will circulate on two routes around the event area. The timetables are indicative.

In addition, you can easily get to the University of Applied Sciences by bus from Lahti railway station in about 20 minutes, right next to the school. Buses 1K to Karjusaari and 1S to Solti run to the campus from the railway station. The buses leave from the Matkakeskus A stop at the railway station and get off at the ISKU stop. You can buy bus tickets using the LSL app, for example.

Parking

Parking during the event is free for exhibitors and visitors in the following campus parking areas: 

P2 & P3 parking areas are free of charge for exhibitors and visitors during the event.

Services

Cloakroom / Lost & Found

You can leave your outdoor clothes in the free and secure shed. Lost and found items can also be deposited in the shed. The shed is open from 8.00 to 16.30. After the event, you can ask for lost property at the LAB Campus Lobby Services: tilapalvelut.lahti@lut.fi or call +358 29 446 2513.

Cafés

There are two cafes available at the venue. The Isku Center cafe is open from 8 am to 3 pm. The student cafe Lamkooma is open from 8 am to 4 pm and is located right next to the event area on the 1st floor.

Smoking

Smoking is only allowed in the smoking area in the front courtyard of the LAB campus.

Accessibility

Safety and equality

Everyone is welcome at DuuniExpo and we do not tolerate any form of discrimination or disruptive behaviour. DuuniExpo may have many visitors at the same time during the event, so please be considerate of others as you move around. Also, please avoid strong scents to prevent allergic visitors from experiencing symptoms. In this way, we can together make an event that is safe and enjoyable for all participants. For questions about event safety or other concerns, please contact DuuniExpo staff. The event area will be monitored by security throughout the event.

Accessibility

The event is accessible to all. There is a stair lift in the entrance hall of the LAB campus due to a few stairs and a lift to the second floor of the event area. You can follow the solar staircase programme from the platform on the second floor, right next to the lift.
Invalid toilets can be found on both floors of the event area. There is also a children's table at the entrance to the Isku Center restaurant on the first floor. For further information, please contact the information desks or DuuniExpo staff.
