Henna Paananen
My name is Henna Paananen, M.Sc. (Econ.), and I have nearly 10 years of experience in HR roles. I currently work at Pihla Group, a large company in the construction industry, as a business-driven HR Business Partner. My background is in business, and I have previously worked in customer service, sales (both B2C and B2B), as well as marketing and communications roles. I have completed two international degrees and have also studied abroad in Asia. At the moment, I am further developing my expertise through studies in Work and Organizational Psychology at Tampere University.

Hilkka Kemppi on kansanedustaja ja Asikkalan kunnanhallituksen puheenjohtaja. Hän on toiminut aiemmin myös Päijät-Hämeen työllisyyslautakunnassa. Koulutukseltaan Kemppi on restonomi ja opettaja. Kemppi on toiminut työurallaan muun muassa rekrytoijana henkilöstöpalveluyrityksessä.

She is one of the leading politicians in Lahti, and also an entrepreneur in her own consultancy company. She has built a successful dual career of business and politics.

Hi! I’m Nihan Suleiman, a third-year Industrial Engineering and Management student at LUT University. I was raised in Finland with an international family background, which has shaped both my perspective and interests. Alongside my studies, I’ve been actively involved in extracurricular activities and have gained practical experience through industry collaboration, including completing my thesis with a company based in Lahti.
