DuuniExpo is a student-led networking and recruitment event that gives everyone the opportunity to connect to the professionals in their respected future working areas. We create the opportunity to find a place for an internship, a summer job or a job in summer. Students can also find a topic for their thesis.

“Climb the career ladder” means steadily advancing in your professional life, moving from entry-level roles to positions with more responsibility and reward. It’s about developing skills, gaining experience, and proving your value over time. Each represents growth, ambition, and progress toward long-term success, which is crucial to a successful career in Finland.

This year’s DuuniExpo was a great opportunity for students to network, to get inspired and to have a glimpse into the job market. Even more so, DuuniExpo creates successful stories, and gives everyone the chance to succeed in their career. Every person’s career path is different, and there is no one right way to build a career, but we want everyone to be able to find their own path to success, regardless of their studies, background or sector.
